With Venditio's expertise and commercial network, we can optimize sales operations and better serve our local partners." Fabio Sanzogni, CEO and Vice Chairman of Pozzi Milano, added: "Integrating Venditio within our group enhances our competitive edge and enables us to maximize value across the entire supply chain." Pozzi Milano has already used its funds to pay €675,000 for the 90% stake. The remaining 10% can be acquired in two tranches starting July 1, 2025, with each tranche priced at €37,500. This acquisition aligns with Pozzi Milano's international growth strategy through targeted investments, reinforcing its position as a key player in the European tableware and kitchenware market.
